My name is Cary Gray and I was born on the fifth day of the twelfth month of nineteen eighty-eight.  This happened in St. Louis, MO, in the United States, Planet Earth, much to the pleasure of my mom and dad.

I’ve taken part in a variety of activities during my life, including, but not limited to: summer league swimming & diving, snowboarding, scuba diving, cliff-jumping, skinny-dipping, skydiving, pogo sticking, climbing on my parents’ roof to sneak out, and climbing on my parents’ roof to reluctantly help them clean out the gutters.  I’ve played drums, viola, piano and ukulele, been in an A Cappella group, and been the only white male in an all-black female stomp crew called “The Steppers.”  My nickname was “Off-White.”  What I specifically enjoy and have enjoyed doing, though, are: rock climbing, unicycling, and making art.

I’ve been living in Baltimore, MD since 2007, having graduated ‘cum laude’ from Maryland Institute College of Art in 2011.  I have visited home in St. Louis by plane, train, car, motorcycle, and unicycle (honestly.)
